In order to provide a more efficient and convenient service, NMPA has decided that some administrative paperwork of registration matters will be replaced by electronic application starting from June 1, 2024. The updates are as follows:        

• Disapproval to medical devices applications
• the termination of the reviewed applications
• Disapproval to changes in the instruction for use (IFU).

Applicants can check these documents on the NMPA Government Services Portal “My Office/我的办件”. The above electronic documents have the same legal effect as paper documents.
