Radiofrequency Radiation Facilities (RFR) include cell sites/mobile phone base stations, radio, and TV stations. Such establishments apply for authorizations to PFDA. 

Because of the ongoing-pandemic in Philippines, PFDA recently just resumed accepting applications for RFR Evaluation Reports which will be renamed to Certificate of Safety Evaluation (CSE). These applications from radiation facilities can now be submitted to PFDA through a new platform at https://rrdportal.fda.gov.ph/. The said guidance also provide an illustrative example on how to use the new platform.
