- Expansive venue for professional attendees
Event Types
Academic Exhibitions: any entity (government/private organization) can display devices.
Academic Conferences: Must be organized or co-organized by:
- Thai government health agencies (disease prevention/treatment divisions)
- Thai Red Cross Society
- Royal Colleges of Medicine
- Public-private partnerships with government participation.
Pre-Event Notification to Thai FDA
Manufacturers or event organizers must submit advance notification including:
- Complete event name and designation
- Event dates and duration
- Venue location and details
- Organizer contact information
- List of medical devices to be advertised/displayed
Important Note: Advertising outside qualified academic events still requires Thai FDA advertising license through the full application process.
