Circular 64/2025/TT-BTC, released on June 30, 2025, temporarily modifies fees and charges across several sectors to support production and business activities.
Reduction of Medical Device Registration Fees
Specifically, the registration fee in the medical field has been reduced by 50% from the rates specified in Circular 59/2023/TT-BTC. Circular 64/2025/TT-BTC is effective from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026.
Applicable Submission Fees for Medical Devices
Consequently, the submission fees for medical devices during the period from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, are as follows:
