Thai Ministry of public health has announced the Declaration Form for Importer to declare regarding  “Surgical Mask”  that must be complied with the standards of medical device in accordance with Ministry of Public Health Announcement regarding Standard of Medical Device that Manufacturer or Importer must Comply 2020 (No.3). The Announcement is announced on July 20, 2020, with implementation starting from August 13, 2020 onwards.

The Declaration Form has been implemented starting from August 13, 2020 onwards.
