The Medical Device Authority (MDA) is inviting all its customers to participate in a Customer Satisfaction Survey. MDA is always trying to improve quality of service provided to all its customers. To achieve this objective, the Authority have prepared this survey to get feedback, suggestions and comments from MDA’s customers by completing this questionnaire. Customers, who have engaged with Medical Device Registrations in Malaysia, are highly encouraged to participate in this questionnaire and provide constructive feedback about MDA’s services. If they have dissatisfaction with any part of MDA’s services, this is the right platform to voice them out. This will help for the Authorities to improve themselves and arrange to provide better services in future. The deadline to complete this survey is on the 30th of November, 2017.
