Medical Device Authority (MDA) is constantly trying to enhance the quality of service provided to all its customers. In line with this, MDA is currently conducting a customer satisfaction survey where all kinds of feedback are welcomed to help MDA constantly improve its output in the future. MDA will not disclose any of the participant’s personal information to any party. This survey will be closed on 24th August 2018. All stakeholders who have previously or currently engaging with MDA are encouraged to take part in this survey and express your views.
